David has been the subject of numerous complaints, some of which were in writing, against his despotic, mean-spirited, petty and insensitive administrative or leadership style. The union of local hires long endured the deplorable acts of disrespect and discrimination to which its members were repeatedly subjected by him. Very vocal about his displeasure with our Supreme Court’s ruling in ISAE v. Quisumbing, he orchestrated its circumvention.

The cumulation of incidents about his egregious behavior should compel government to take action. He should be declared persona non grata. I still have the illustrative affidavits from JB, RC, CD, RK, LP, MPSL and DS, all aliens save one. Complaints from the locals were legion. There seems to be reason to agree with LP who found “Mr. Toze’s actions bizarre.” As good as he may be in the view of some, his misconduct and flawed character we need to question or probe seriously. Is he the right person who should continue to stay here despite a behavioral pattern compatible with one not deserving a work permit or a visa?….

Our teacher informer just updated us regarding well loved IB Psychology teacher, TERRENCE MARSELL who had been with the school for a long time. When he was not renewed by Toze for criticizing him with a factual 40 page dossier, he peacefully applied to other schools. Toze then sent all these schools faxes stating that Mr. Marsell was fired for cause. How can you fire a person no longer employed by the school? So he sued the school and won a seven figure sum that all of us parents paid.

We have received reports that some old time teachers that has been teaching at ISM were being forced to resign because they reportedly doesn't support the ComaTOZE EMPIRE. TO MR. SANJIV VOHRA: I am not judging your integrity Mr. Vohra, but as an elected officer of the Manila Polo Club and the ISM community, we would like to hear you do something about the on-going controversy. We are hoping that you joined the board of trustees because you truely care about the welfare of the students and not just because you wanted an added information for your CV. Please do something and act on this matter at once.

Save it for the education of our children. This is a SCHOOL , NOT an ATM, nor a "For-profit enterprise OIL company"! Good Governance begins with the right administration. We are watching you.
